Terms

By ordering from TouchBoxx you agree to these plain-language terms. All prices are shown in INR. We may update prices and products over time.

Made-to-order items enter production shortly after payment; see our Returns policy for what that means for cancellations.

The digital layer is provided as-is and improves over time. We'll always do our best to keep it working for the life of your piece.

Some parts of the digital layer let you publish a page — a travel diary, its photographs, and the names on it. What you publish stays yours, and you remain responsible for it: only share what is yours to share, and get the agreement of anyone else who appears on it, particularly where that is a child. You give us permission to store and display it for the purpose of running the page, and nothing else — we will not use your photographs in our own marketing.

We do not review pages before they are published, and we would rather not read them at all. But anyone can report one, and we will look at anything reported. We may take down a page that breaks these terms or the law, and we will tell the owner why. If you think we have got that wrong, reply and a person will answer.
